A warning message appears if you start an operation that will break external assembly links.

The warning message appears in a Composer project (.SmgProj file) or in a fully shattered product structure (.SmgXml file). It prompts you to confirm the operation. See Composer Help: Importing and Opening Files > About Composer File Types > Breaking of External Assembly Links.
