On the
Sheet Views tab, you can organize sheet views into classes. You can
display the list of views by classes or by the drawing sheet on which they are
placed.
To organize sheet views in classes:

Create a new view class.

In the Sheet Set
Manager, open a drawing sheet set.

On the Sheet Views
tab, click View by Class.

Right-click the drawing sheet set and select New View Class.

In the View Class
dialog box, in Class name,
specify the name of the new view class.

Specify the callout blocks to use for the views in this
view class.
To add blocks to the list, click
Add Blocks. See

You can modify the view class properties at any time. Right-click
the view class and select Properties from the context menu.

Specify the class of a sheet view.

In the Sheet Set
Manager, open a drawing sheet set.

On the Sheet Views
tab, click View by Drawing
Sheet.

Navigate to the view for which you want to specify the
class, right-click, and select Set
Class from the context menu.

Specify the class from the displayed list.
Alternatively, you can display the views by class and
drag views from one class to another.

Remove a view class.
You can remove only empty view classes.

In the Sheet Set
Manager, open a drawing sheet set.

On the Sheet Views
tab, click View by Class.

Right-click the view class and select Remove Class from the context
menu.
