Entering Specification Data

You can enter data in the Specifications tab one field at a time.

1. In the Table Manager, click the Specifications tab.
2. In the Properties/Preferences PropertyManager, on the Specifications tab, click Add .
   A new row appears in the Table Manager.
3. In the Properties/Preferences PropertyManager, do one of the following:
   • Enter data for each field (such as Material and Process).
   • Use the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to capture data for each field:
     1. Click .
     2. In the graphics area, box-select data to add.
   The data appears in the Specifications tab.
