Extracting Specification Data

You can extract data from the drawing to fill in the Specifications tab in the Table Manager.

1. In the Table Manager, on the Specifications tab, click Extract text from PDF in viewer area .
2. In the graphics area, box-select the specifications, excluding the headers.
   
   
   In the Properties/Preferences PropertyManager, the data appears in the Property Table Extraction tab.
3. In the Properties/Preferences PropertyManager, on the Property Table Extraction tab:
   1. Right-click each column header to map the data to the correct field.
   2. Edit the data if required.
   3. Click .
   The data appears in the Specifications tab.
