Navigation by cross references

A component may be represented by several symbols, which may be inserted into different drawings. SOLIDWORKS Electrical automatically generates cross references information to ensure a better understanding of the scheme. This can be in the form of graphics (thumbnails) or text displayed below the symbol mark.

 

You can navigate among the symbols making up this component.

 

Select the Go to option available in the contextual menu for the component symbol (also available for the cross references thumbnails).
