Open an electrical project

Allows you to open an electrical project from the Electrical Project Management dialog box.

 

Electrical project management > Open

 

Select the electrical project in the list and click the Open icon.

 

The electrical project is automatically added to the Pages tab in the dockable panel and becomes the current electrical project.

 

The Open icon is gray while the electrical project is present in the dockable panel.

The Electrical project management has a checkbox named Keep the dialog opened making the dialog box open when the electrical project is opened.

 

An electrical project can also be open if you drop (from the Projects folder of the SOLIDWORKS Electrical data) a ".ewg" file in the SOLIDWORKS Electrical interface. The file is open in the graphical interface and the electrical project is added in the Pages tab of the dockable panel.
