The current electrical project is the one you are using. To distinguish the current electrical project in the dockable panel and in the Electrical project management, it is displayed in bold.

 

Electrical project management > Set as current

Dockable panel > Contextual menu of the electrical project: Set as current

 

An electrical project is set automatically as current, when you open or activate one of its drawings (current drawing).
