Use the New User dialog box to specify the login name for a new user.

To display this dialog box:

Expand Users and Groups Management, right-click Users and click New User. In the Add Users dialog box, click New User.

Search 'New User Dialog Box' in the SOLIDWORKS Knowledge Base.
