Use the Cache Options per Folder tab of the Cache Options page to control how the SOLIDWORKS PDM software clears or refreshes the local caches of group members
for designated folders. You can also use the Assigned Cache Options tab to view and modify cache options.
To access the Cache Options Per Folder tab:
- Display a group's Properties dialog box by doing one of the following:
- Expand and double click a group.
- Expand Users and Groups
Management, then right-click Groups and select New
Group.
- In the left pane, click Cache
Options.
Vault Folders
All vault folders are listed in the tree.
- Select a folder to which you want to apply cache options.
The cache options apply to the folder and all of its subfolders.
- Expand folders to apply cache options only to a subfolder.
- If you select the vault itself, the options you set apply to all folders in the vault.

Automatically clears the local cache when members of the group log out.

Performs an automated version of the Get Latest command for the files in the selected folder when members of the group log in. |
