Use the Probe tool to list stress values at selected locations on a plot.

In the Simulation study tree, right-click Stress2 (-vonMises-) and select Probe
, or click Plot Tools
(Simulation CommandManager) and select Probe
.
- In the graphics area, click on the section plot at different locations.
The stress values and x, y, and z coordinates appear in the PropertyManager under Results.

Under Report Options,
click Plot
.
The von Mises stress is plotted versus the selected
locations. The graph does not depict the actual distance between the nodes.
- Close the graph window.

- Save your work and close the assembly.
