Creating Fillets to Complete the Part

To complete the part, apply fillets to the edges and faces.

1. Click Fillet on the Features tab.
2. Under Fillet Type, select Constant Size Fillet .
3. Under Items to Fillet, select the four edges of the connecting piece as shown for Edges, Faces, Features and Loops .
   
4. Under Fillet Parameters, set Radius to 3.
5. Click OK .
   Fillets are added to the edges of the connecting piece.
6. Click Fillet on the Features tab.
7. Under Fillet Type, select Constant Size Fillet .
8. Under Items to Fillet, select the face of the smaller cup rim for Edges, Faces, Features and Loops .
   
9. Under Fillet Parameters, set Radius to 1.
10. Click OK .
11. Repeat steps 6 through 10 for the larger cup rim.
