Changing the View (Add-In)

You can view your files as thumbnails ( Thumbnail view icon ) or as a list ( List view icon ).

  • You can change the view type in either of the following ways:
    • Click Thumbnail view icon Thumbnails or List view icon List (depending on which option is currently enabled) to switch between the two sort types.
    • Click Sort items list button and select the sort type you want to apply.

    There is a third option, Structured List available in the Files Active in SolidWorks workspace. This option displays the files in a list that also illustrates parent/child relationships between files.
