Filtering Files (Add-In)

You can filter files by owner, file type, and lock status.

1. (Option) To display only files owned by one or more n!Fuze users, do the following:
   1. Click located next to the Filter icon .
   2. Click Filter by file owner.
   3. Click to select one or more n!Fuze users.
   4. Click .
2. (Option) To display only files of one or more specific SolidWorks file types, do the following:
   1. Click located next to the Filter icon .
   2. Click Filter by file type.
   3. Click to select one or more specific file types
   4. Click .
3. To filter by file name or extension, do the following:
   1. Click in the tool bar.
   2. Type all or part of the file name into the text field.
      You can filter by file type by typing the file extension, such as "sldasm."
      You can use an asterisk (*) as a wildcard character.

   3. Click located in the text field.

      The file list changes to display only the files that contain the specified text in the file name.

   4. To clear the name filter, click .
4. (Option) To display only locked files, do the following:
   1. Click located next to the Filter icon .
   2. Click Filter locked files.
5. To clear all filters, do the following:
   1. Click located next to the Filter icon .
   2. Click Clear Filter.
