Locking Files (Add-In)
Locking a file prevents others from uploading new versions, and gives you exclusive access.
- Click to select one or more files.
You can use the Shift and Ctrl keys to select multiple files. You can also click and drag a selection window over the files you want to select.

Do one of the following:

Right-click on any selected item and click Lock.
- Click
and click Lock.
- Hover the mouse pointer over any selected item, click
then click Lock.
Locking a file within a workspace will lock the file in all workspaces and your library.
The lock status icon changes to
