Sharing Files to Workspaces (Add-In)

Files can be shared to workspaces from My n!Fuze Library or any user-created workspace.

  1. Shift-click to select one or more files.

    You can use the Ctrl keys to select non-contiguous files. You can also click and drag a selection window over the files you want to select.

  2. (Option) To create a new workspace from the context menu, do the following:
    1. Hover the mouse pointer over any selected item, click Menu button then click Share to > Create New Workspace .
    2. Type the name of the workspace into the text field.
    3. Click OK.

    The new workspace is created, and appears in the Share to menu.

  3. Do one of the following:
    • Right-click on any selected item and click Share to > name_of_workspace .
    • Click Action button and click Share to > name_of_workspace .
    • Hover the mouse pointer over any selected item, click Menu button then click Share to > name_of_workspace .

    Shared files are just a representation of the original file. When you change a shared file or make a comment, you are also changing and commenting on the original.

    The selected items are shared to the selected workspace.
