Use the Messages page to specify how to alert users when they receive a notification from SOLIDWORKS PDM or a new message from another user.
To display the Settings dialog box:
Right-click a user or group and select Settings.
| Cause a sound to be played.

The sound that is configured on the system for new mail notifications alerts the user. |
| Bring up the New Notification dialog box. |
The New Notification dialog box
displays when the notification is received. |
