You can remove products from a member.
To remove a product from a member:

Click the
Members tab.

Search for a member in the Find Members
pane or click name from the list.
In the Member's page, Assigned Products lists all the
products associated with the member and Available
Products list the products that are not assigned.

Select the product under Assigned
Products and click Remove
Product.

Click OK to confirm.
The Admin Portal adds the product to the member’s Available Products list.
If a member uses products in offline mode, you
cannot recover and reassign their license until the member turns off
Offline
Mode or the offline period of 30 days expires.
