Removing Products from External Members

External members are people that are outside of your organization and who have registered one of your products. The Admin Portal lets you identify them and remove them from your product.

To remove products from external members:

  1. Click the Products tab.
  2. In the Find Products pane, enter the product name or search criteria.
  3. Click Search.
  4. Select the product name.
    The Product Details page lists all the members who are assigned to that product.
  5. In the list of Assigned External Members, select the external member and click Remove Member.
