Searching Products and Checking Users Assigned to Them

The Admin Portal provides several ways to find products, and to monitor which users are assigned to those products.

To search for a product:

  1. Click the Products tab.
  2. In the Find Products pane, enter the product name.
  3. You can filter based on several factors to show only products:
    • With a current or expired subscription
    • That are or are not assigned
    • That are or are not activated for online licensing
    • That belong to one or more product types
    You can also filter based on a serial number.
  4. Click Search.
  5. To check users assigned to a product, select a product name under Products.
    The Product Details page lists all the members who are assigned to that product.
