Creating an Elbow Part To create a simple elbow part: Create a part that meets the geometry requirements for an elbow. Create a connection point at each end where the pipe exits the elbow. Optionally, you can include a specification parameter so you can filter elbow configurations. Insert a design table to create the configurations. In the header row, include these parameters: BendRadius@ElbowArc BendAngle@ElbowArc Diameter@CPoint1 Diameter@CPoint2 (value must be unique for each configuration) Specification@CPoint1 (recommended) Specification@CPoint2 (recommended) You can include additional dimensions (outside diameter, shell thickness) and properties (part number, cost, weight per unit of length) as needed. Save the part in the Routing library specified in Routing File Locations. Parent topicElbows Geometry Requirements - Pipe Elbow Custom Elbow Fittings Defining Custom Bends - Elbows
