You can grant access to an object's root location for specific
users and groups.
This level of access lets users and
groups view only the records within the subfolders.
To
provide
access of root
objects to users or groups:
- In the Project Properties dialog
box, select
Access
Rights.
- Under
Root
Access,
select users or groups.
