Saving Files as Zip Files
You can save files as SolidWorks eDrawings Zip (*.zip)
files, which contain the SolidWorks eDrawings Viewer and the active SolidWorks
eDrawings file. When you unzip eDrawings Zip file and run the eDrawings
executable file, the embedded eDrawings Viewer is extracted with the embedded
eDrawings file displayed.
This functionality is not available in 64-bit eDrawings.
To save files as eDrawings Zip files:
Click File,
