You can find and replace any text in a SOLIDWORKS document that was created with the Note tool.
To find and replace text:
- In a SOLIDWORKS document, press Ctrl+F.
- In the dialog box, set:

Type the text to find in the document. |
Replace with (optional) |
Type replacement text for text found in Find what. |
- Click any of the following:

Find Next |
Finds the next instance of the text in Find what. |
Replace |
Finds the next instance of the text in Find what. Click Replace again to insert the replacement text from Replace with. |
Replace All |
Immediately inserts the replacement text from Replace with for all instances of the text in Find what. A confirmation message appears to let you know how many instances were replaced. |
- Click Close.
