You can create exploded views of Routing assemblies similar to SOLIDWORKS assemblies using the Exploded View tool.
Previously, while using Exploded View in Routing, the fittings returned to their original positions, changing the position of other pipe segments in the assembly.
The enhanced functionality covers the following:
- You can create exploded views at the subassembly level.
- You can create exploded views with the following types:
- You no longer receive an error message when you try to select a route part and drag it while using Exploded View in Electrical, Piping, and Flexible Tubing.
- You can drag or select route parts in subassemblies or components similar to the way that you can drag them in the top level assembly.
- You cannot use the Exploded View tool with flattened routes.
