Applying Loads to the Assembly

You now apply pressure loads to the roof and a side vertical glass panel. The study predefines a gravity load representing the weight of the assembly.

1. Click the down arrow on External Loads Advisor (Simulation CommandManager) and select Pressure .
2. In the PropertyManager, on the Type tab under Type, select Normal to selected face.
3. In the graphics area, select the face of the roof for Faces for Pressure .

   

4. Under Pressure Value, in Unit select psi, then for Pressure Value type 0.625.
5. Click .
