Saving the Harness

Next, you save the harness and its references to a new assembly.

1. Click File > Save As New.

   The harness is a referenced virtual subassembly.

2. Enter my_top_assy_completed.SLDASM for File name, without clicking Save.
3. Select Include all referenced components in the Save As dialog box, and click Advanced.
4. Click Browse to navigate to a folder outside of the SOLIDWORKS installation.
5. Click Save All in the Save As with References dialog box.
6. Close the assembly.
