You can create
and edit multiple columns within MTEXT entities. With the
in-place text editor, you can add columns with equal widths and consistent gutters
(spaces between columns), and adjust the height with
grips.
Columns are
beneficial for complex documentation or design notes because they help you organize
multicolumn text into clearly structured, easy-to-read layouts. They also maximize the
available workspace by efficiently managing text within drawings.
To
use the MTEXT Command:
Do one of the following:
- On the ribbon, click .
- On the menu, click .
- Enter NOTE in the command
window.
